Spent 8 days on the Sanda with Arif as the leader at the end of October 2022. Most guests (and all crew) were in their 20s, a few in our 30s, and one in their 40s – mostly Brits and Aussies. Overall a nice group size with only 8-10 of us (wasn’t full). A few party nights, and a few quiet nights. Rooms were okay, could get smelly (especially as I was close to the engine). Itinerary was a good pace with some longer journeys, but plenty of relaxation time. Food was very good, though more meat for breakfast/lunches would’ve been nice. October was still quite pleasant despite being the end of the season, but did get cold at night. Highly recommend doing the paragliding option. Overall a great experience in a great part of Turkey.

I recently did the 8 day Turkey sail with amazing Travel Talk trip leader Aykut and and a fantastic crew from Santander Yachting. We were only a small group due to the current Corona virus travel restrictions, but Aykut and the crew went above and beyond to make it an incredible experience. Aykut was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable as he showed us some of the most spectacular scenery and cultural sights. The deck hand Sadik was loads of fun and always happy to help and the chef Esa went above and beyond cooking delicious meals including catering for specific dietary needs. 10/10 would recommend!
